The Advisory Council assists the group in achieving its goals by identifying and addressing both higher education policy issues, academic operations (teaching, learning, assessment and curriculum development), and quality assurance related challenges. The Advisory Council also provides the group with strategic advice on the management of its relationships with stakeholders and other higher education institutions.
The Advisory Council is multidisciplinary and comprises high profile experts in areas of higher education policy and its legislative requirements, academic quality assurance as well as strategic issues. It provides this strategic leadership and direction through an appropriate mix of skills, experience, credibility and demographic diversity.
The members comprise of a network of experts who bring a blend of unique knowledge and skills to the Council enhancing the group’s value to its students, stakeholders and the communities it serves.
