Hardware Essentials

The aim of this unit is to provide you with a basic knowledge of the different computer hardware components; it is designed to prepare you to maintain and upgrade personal computers. You will learn how to resolve the more common computer hardware problems. It is assumed that, having worked through the Computer Literacy module, you are familiar with a computer and its basic functions.
