Unit description
This unit aims to expand the student’s knowledge on the use and importance of employee training and development. An introduction to the many newfound government initiatives aimed at developing skills within the labour market will be given to the student, as well as an explorative outlook on how people learn. A method of developing a systematic approach to the design and delivery of training will be demonstrated and a point of measuring the efficiency of any training and development methods will be expressed in detail.
