Unit description
This unit is designed to supplement the Human Resource Management unit and provide further insight into the topic of human resources.
An extensive perspective is developed with regard to the execution of human resource management practices within a business, and a comparative approach is also introduced to consider human resource management policy and the practise thereof in a global context.
