Unit description
This unit provides students with insight into organisations and behaviour by introducing them to concepts such as organisational structures, management and leadership styles, motivational theories, and team work. The student will be able to apply the concepts that are discussed in this unit to contemporary organisational structures and thereby analyse the impact of industrial relations on both the individual and the organisation.
