Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (UNISA) PDF Print E-mail

The LLB degree is designed for students wishing to pursue a career in the legal profession. This includes becoming an Advocate, Attorney, Magistrate, or Corporate Legal Advisor. The LLB degree prepares students for a legal career within four years with the curriculum offering a variety of subjects covering several specific areas of the law profession. This degree prepares the student to enter employment as an Article Clerk/Pupil and provides entry to the Bar/Board exam in order to qualify as an Attorney or an Advocate respectively. The degree is conferred by UNISA with students attending lectures at CTI.

Entrance Requirement

  • A National Senior Certificate for degree purposes.
  • UNISA specific requirments. For further entry requirements contact a student advisor. The applicant must be registered as a student of  UNISA as well as CTI. The applicant is responisble for UNISA  registration. CTI will assist where possible.
  • Applicants with a South African National Senior Certificate (NSC) for degree purposes may be admitted to the degree programme.

The applicant must be registered as a student of UNISA as well as with CTI. The applicant is solely responsible for his or her UNISA registration. CTI will assist where possible.
